Next Tuesday or Wed we are tagging out our American Copper and sending John Alt flying through the ropes.
Who is John Alt? –
The simple answer is our German Altbier brewed with Munich Malts and Spalter hops. This brew’s fermenting temperature is lowered more slowly making for a longer conditioning time to produce a smooth and delicate session beer. Steve’s patience pays off in this true example of the rewards given for hard work and dedication to a brew. As for the long answer well…one day we would like to quit work, make a nice pair of sandals out of balsa wood and hemp then have a long discussions about nothing while sitting Indian style and saying dude a lot... alas, for now we will keep busting our humps everyday to bring you the all the fun and deliciousness we can muster.
